A Good Feature in Microsoft Word 2007 for FYP students

不知道在做FYP的朋友，你们用的 Microsoft Word 是什么版本的？2003 Professional? 还是2007呢?
如果你们还在用2003 Professional 或其他版本的，赶快upgrade 至2007 版本。为什么呢？
今天和我朋友（不好意识，他曾告诉我说名字不愿被透露在blog 上）吃晚餐时，就讨论到FYP 的report. 因为他电脑知识蛮PRO的（还是我noob? 不知道 :P），其实Microsoft Word 2007 多加了个feature, 叫做“Insert Citation”..这个feature的用处是可以把reference （Book, website, journal article, interview ）简单化的输入（it is same with the feature of “Insert TOC”, “Insert Header/Footer” in elder version of MS Word but “Insert Citation” only available in MS Word 2007 ），换句话说，在reference page，就不必从新打过，MS Word 2007会根据所输入的质料，全部排列在reference page…而且it's format just same with the format for FYP(APA style)…很方便吧？赶快试一试！
